Cro Magnum Films was founded in May of 2007 by Andrew Olson of Austin, TX.

Andrew attended The University of Texas at Austin's Radio-Television-Film school where he graduated in Fall 2001. During his education he wrote, directed, and photographed numerous projects. Andrew worked in Los Angeles for a couple of years doing freelance post production audio and as a customer representative at Fotokem Labs. In 2005, he moved back to Austin where he began working at a 35mm transfer house and video software company, DVFilm, as the lead filmmaker.

Andrew continues to shoot films to this day ranging from freelance work to personal projects.
